Serving Wesley Chapel, Carrollwood, Lutz, Westchase, St. Petersburg, and Clearwater, as well as Individuals and Businesses from Around the Country with Florida Concerns

If you are a small business owner with a commercial dispute or a consumer facing aggressive debt collection or garnishment, you need trusted legal counsel. With over 15 years of legal experience, we are skilled litigators who know how to best protect your interests. Whether you need a business, commercial litigation, consumer, defamation, intellectual property, or family law appellate attorney, we will work with you closely to achieve the just result you deserve. We regularly work with businesses and individuals outside the State of Florida who have legal matters pending anywhere in the state.

What We Will Do For You

Business Contracts

Well-drafted contracts protect your business, and keep you out of trouble. We can review, draft, and negotiate contracts. We can also advise you on hiring and termination, and non-compete, severance, and employment agreements.

Business Litigation

It takes work to build and maintain a thriving business. Unfortunately, a bad deal, a dispute with a competitor, or a falling out between partners can have disastrous financial consequences. When litigation is on the horizon, we’re here to help. Whether it’s breach of contract, tortious interference, fraud or misrepresentation, shareholder rights, or theft of trade secrets, we will work hard to get you the quickest possible resolution so you can return to business as usual.

Defamation, Privacy & IP

We believe in protecting individuals’ reputations and right of privacy. If you have been defamed online or have had your privacy violated, including through revenge porn, contact us right away. We also defend publishers and individuals sued for defamation. We handle intellectual property infringement (trademark and copyright) and media, First Amendment, unfair competition, and trade secret cases.

Debt Collection Harassment & Credit Reporting Errors

We represent consumers whose rights have been violated through debt collection harassment, credit reporting errors, and wrongful background check procedures. We can help you stop annoying collection calls, correct billing & credit reporting errors, and recover damages if you’ve been illegally harassed about a consumer debt. We can also help you if you’ve been denied a job because of a background check error.

Garnishment Defense

If a creditor is attempting to garnish your wages or bank account, you need to act fast to protect your rights. You may be entitled to a claim of exemption. Whether it’s a medical, credit card, or student loan debt, we will file the necessary documents and represent you at the hearing. We can also negotiate with the creditor to settle the judgment for less than you owe.

Family Law, Probate & Civil Appeals

We handle civil appeals, including family law, probate, and commercial. We appeal final judgments of dissolution of marriage when there has been an unjust distribution of the marital assets or an unjust order of permanent alimony. We also appeal orders on time-sharing, child custody, or visitation. You can count on a persuasive appellate brief and oral argument and compassionate guidance throughout the process.

How It Works

Let's Get Started

To request a free consultation, please call, email, or message us. You can also complete the form to the right. The first telephonic meeting helps our professionals pinpoint the main issues in your matter.

We will email you a legal services agreement that will outline the scope and terms of the representation. After signing the agreement and returning it to our firm, we will start working on your case.

Conducting research is an essential part of preparing your case. We may ask you to complete a questionnaire and send us documents. Our attorneys will closely review your information, identify which claims you have, and who is responsible to make things right.

We may contact the other party and demand that they resolve your claim out of court. If negotiations are successful, you may sign a settlement agreement and receive compensation.

If pre-suit negotiations do not resolve your matter, we will prepare a Complaint and file suit in Florida state or federal court. We will serve the other party, begin discovery, and prepare your case for mediation and trial.
